Court again denies relief to Detroit Public School security officers who were "privatized."

Denice Greer and other security officers sued the Detroit Public School System after they were informed in July 2010 that their jobs would be terminated "the following day."  The officers believed that the firing violated the lay off and just cause provisions of their 1999 Collective Bargaining Agreement.  The Court of Appeals Panel held that they raised no material factual dispute over the termination and affirmed the summary disposition of the officers' claims.
