Case dismissed after attorney engaged in misleading and deceptive behavior

Cambridge Lending Firm, LLC, sued Jacqueland Booker and others. Cambridge's attorney apparently fudged dates on a subpoena and failed to provide the adversary with proper notice of his discovery activities.  In response, the court dismissed his client's claim entirely, and the Court of Appeals  upheld this sanction.
