Court addresses class action by chiropractors against Blue Care Network
In a preliminary ruling, the Court of Appeals "tweaked" the class certifications denominated by the Ingham County Circuit Court in a class action by chiropractors against the Blue Care Network. The chiropractors allege that BCN discriminates against chirpractors by limiting their ability to recover for therapeutic treatments that it reimburses when provided within the context of other medical professions and philosophies.
