Court dismisses injury claim because attorney for victim signed the notice of injury

Applying a recent, restrictive holding of the Republican majority of Michigan's Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals last month dismissed a lawsuit brought by John and Sandra Glenn after John was hurt in a car accident caused by a Department of Corrections employee.  The suit was dismissed because the Glenns' notice of potential suit was signed by their lawyer and not by them.
