General contractor cannot sue for indemnity

Sachse Construction attempted to seek indemnity from two subs after it was sued by owners alleging multiple defects in a project.  Since the owners sued Sachse only for those defects caused by Sachse, the Court denied the company's effort to seek indemnification from the architect and engineer.  On cannot seek common law indemnification for damages which you have caused or contributed to through negligence.
