Groping massage is not an "occurrence;" no coverage under homeowners' insurance

A young woman named Ramos was groped by her uncle, Ricardo Santo Ching, as he "demonstrated" the massage he wanted her to administer. Ramos had indicated a willingness to give her uncle a back massage after she moved in with her relatives, as she had seen her cousin massage Ramos' back after work.  After citing the details of Ramos' uncle's excessively inappropriate groping, the Court noted that his intentional misconduct did not qualify as an accident or occurrence for which there would be coverage under the AAA homeowner's policy he had purchased.
