Man's bedbug lawsuit against apartment complex is dismissed

In a very short opinion, the Michigan Court of Appeals dismissed John Pietrzyk's lawsuit against the Morton House Apartments.  Pietrzyk claimed that he was "attacked" by and "epidemic" of bedbugs that resulted from neglectful management.  The Court offered little explanation beyond the fact that it found Pietrzyk's to be legally inadequate to state a claim.
