"Ministerial" exception renders church school immune from discharge claim

In EEOC v. Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School, the Eastern District Federal Court confirmed that under Michigan law, a religious school was immune from ADA claims brought by a teacher, because the teacher is a participant in the school's "ministerial" function of religious indoctrination.
