Student's ADA claim against school district dismissed for failure to exhaust IEP remedies

In Fry v. Napoleon Cmty. Schools, a disabled student sued the school district that refused to allow the student's service dog to attend school with her.  The Court held that the parents' law suit was properly dismissed because they had not exhausted the student's remedies available through the administrative process.
