The Court of Appeals interprets the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act

In City of Riverview was forced to sue Forest Island Recycling in order to execute on a consent judgment.  Richard Gibbs and Mark Simon intervened in the case to fight the City.  The Court concluded that they were not entitled to protection from execution and they appealed.  The Court of Appeals ruled that the trial judge had adequately applied the standards of the UFTA and denied them protection.
