Bruski v. Cherryland Electric Cooperative
After a relatively minor fender-bender at an intersection on South Airport Road, our client was struck by a car driven by a Cherryland employee, as our client exited his damaged car. Our client's leg was amputated as a result of his injuries. We achieved a full limits settlement of $300,000.00 from the driver who caused the original collision and a verdict of $875,000.00 against the driver of the vehicle that struck our client in the aftermath.
